2. Authorize the St. George Transition District to enter into Cooperative Endeavor Agreements with East Baton Rouge Parish to remain a part of the current and existing parish-wide services: Animal Control, Mosquito Abatement, and trash/waste.

3. Authorizing the St. George Transition District to create the three (3) specific city council districts pursuant to the requirements established by Federal and State law.
